 It is not easy to explain the electoral college, but here is a great link that describes in fairly easy terms how the system works. This may help teachers to explain the system to their students as the graphs are very good, too.

Electoral college is not really familiar to me. That is the reason why I had the eagerness to read the article because I was clueless regarding this at first. By the way, I am hoping that I will be able to understand this matter because electoral college has been existing ever since, but many people like me are still not familiar with it.
