Betty:
I hate my apartment.  It's too small. 

Sue:
My apartment is smaller and older than yours, but I love it.

Betty:
Yes, but yours is sunnier and quieter.

Sue:
That's true.  But your rent is cheaper and the building is closer to the city, the buses and the trains.

Betty:
Yes, but it's dirtier outside.  Yours is cleaner and prettier.

Sue:
Well, you really don't like your apartment, so you should move.  You'll be happier in another place.

Betty:
Yes, I'll start looking for a nicer, more comfortable home to live in.
