Sandra:
Happy Birthday Kate!  Here is a present for you.

Kate:
Thank you.  I am so happy today.  I am 20 now.  Isn't that great?  I am opening the gift now.  Is that okay?

Sandra:
Of course.  I hope you will like it.

Kate:
The paper is beautiful........and......wow.....this computer game is what I want!

Sandra:
I am happy that you like it.  What time is the party?

Kate:
The party is at two o'clock.  It is only one o'clock now so I am playing this game now.

Sandra:
And I am sitting here and checking my email.

Kate:
Thanks again, this is great.

Sandra:
You're welcome.
